Volleyball

The club fees are for the 2024/25 academic year. The fees are set by the club and are subject to change the following academic year.

Students currently run Cardiff Met Volleyball Club. Our club comprises an inclusive community of like-minded students who want to play volleyball at all levels.

 

We welcome everyone from all levels of expertise, from beginners to players who have played nationally.

There are currently two teams: Women's 1st BUCS & Men's 1st BUCS. We also have the capacity to welcome players who would like to play socially within Cardiff with our in-house intramural events & teams playing within the Welsh volleyball league.

 

Training Schedule: 

BUCS Women's trainings are Monday from 8.30-10 PM and Sunday from 3-4.30 PM

BUCS Men's trainings are Tuesday 8.30-10 PM and Sunday 4.30-6 PM

Social Sessions are on Thursday 7.30-10 PM

 

Come and see us at the Freshers Fayre on Wednesday 25th September, or if you can't make it, our taster/ trial sessions are on Thursday 26th September:

Social taster session: 7.30-8.15 PM

Women's BUCS: 8.15-9 PM

Men's BUCS: 9-9.45 PM

In order to process and activate your membership, your name, student number and any additional information you are required to provide to participate in your sport will need to be made available to the SU, committee members of the clubs you wish to join and external organisations where appropriate. Your details will be used to effectively manage your membership and communicate relevant club, fixture, social event information to you.
