As the academic caseworker I can advise and support students on all academic procedures; Appeals, Mitigating Circumstances, Unfair Practice, Verifications, Complaints, Bullying & Harassment. I am based in the students’ union offices on the Llandaff campus and offer a drop in service for any students that would like to discuss any problems or worries they have relating to the procedures listed above.
