World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day, and it’s a gentle reminder for all of us to pause, prioritize our well-being and to further highlight the support available to students. 💚 As your Elected officers, we want to encourage everyone to take a moment today to check in with yourself, whether that means taking a break, talking to a friend, or doing something that brings you peace. Your mental health matters, and it’s just as important as your physical health.
