With the sell-out event featuring complimentary drinks, touching speeches, and excellent food, the night was enjoyed by all who attended. With the aim of the SU Student Achievement Awards to celebrate the incredible work carried out across Cardiff Met University, the event highlighted the astounding accomplishments achieved by students, student groups, SU Societies and staff, making this event one to be remembered by all.
Once again, we’d like to congratulate all our nominees and winners, and thank all the students, student groups, SU Societies, and lecturers for all the hard work they’ve done over the course of this year through the SLTA’s. Cardiff Met wouldn’t be all that it is without your contributions. With the academic year coming to a close we are excited to see what students, societies and lecturers work and embark on in the coming academic year.

Winning Society of the Year was a fantastic way to finish the academic year. We grew from 4 members in September to 65 we are at now! I'd like to give a special Thank you to Hollie Milton, Beth McSpadden and Aaron Pearce. Without them, the climbing Society wouldn't even exist. I really cannot thank them enough!
