Look after your mate - Are you in our video?

This month our mental health campaign focussed on the theme of  ‘Look After Your Mate’  - highlighting the  part students can play in providing good social networks and protecting friends against mental health difficulties: We provided information settings at both campuses, encouraged students to note down things that they do to look after their friends and produced our  video, again, asking students to think about ways they can ‘look after their mates.
