Award Home Record of Employability Log Hours

The Cardiff Met Award is the Student Unions’ employability Award that recognizes extra-curricular activities, which focuses on your personal development. It‘s designed for all year groups, from Foundation year to Post Grad, and students from every School have been involved, so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be too!

Completing the Award will help improve your employability, increase self-awareness of your skills and abilities which will help enable you to articulate these effectively to future recruiters.

Overall the Award complements your university experience, shows a commitment to your self-development and better equips you for employment: With plenty of support and advice, we ensure that you move through the Award at your own pace and also have fun along the way!

All levels of the Award achieved will be noted on your HEAR report
