Key Event: SU Freshers' Fayre
The first major event of the year is the SU Freshers' Fayre, where new students can explore various clubs, societies, and services offered at Cardiff Met. As part of the SU Crew, you will:
- Assist with the setup and takedown of the Fayre.
- Welcome and guide new students, helping them navigate the Fayre.
- Provide support to stallholders and ensure they have everything they need.
Responsibilities:
Event Setup and Breakdown:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for attendees.
Event Support:
- Welcome and direct students during events.
- Provide information and answer questions about the event and your Students' Union.
- Support event activities, including distributing materials, and assisting with event logistics.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the SU team and other volunteers to ensure events run smoothly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
- Must be a current student at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to commit time and effort to various events throughout the academic year.
