Our Team
Our Quality Enhancement Directorate is at the heart of Cardiff Met, working in partnership with colleagues in the Schools and Professional Services to make a positive contribution to the experiences of staff and students at the University. Spanning the Quality Assurance provision and the enhancement and development of Teaching and Learning, the Directorate plays a unique and significant part in shaping policy and progress in line with our University’s Strategic Plans.
The Directorate is at an exciting stage of development, offering the right people the opportunity for creativity and professional progression within their role through the transformation of our services. The Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic students to join our Student Insight Team in the Student Voice and Engagement Team for the Quality Enhancement Directorate. Student Insight Team members provide student insight within the Directorate on a wide range of co-creation projects, such as:
- The Student Led Teaching Awards
- Helping to run focus groups
- Promoting surveys
- Supporting the creation and development of new resources for both staff and students
- The design of our degree programmes.
The role is very varied and would suit a wide range of students, from those happier working virtually and those engaging with students in person. We are looking for someone who can share their experience as a student with us within the Directorate and wider University, working alongside the student representation structure at the Students’ Union.
