THE (Tourism, Hospitality, Events) society is formed with a focus on bringing together all students across Cardiff Met. Last year we saw most of the society die down because of COVID. Now that things have calmed down, the sector is back up and running so is the society.

Do you like the sound of-
-Meeting people across courses and stream?
-Attend different types of fun events (Christmas, Decades quiz night, Graduation all, etc)
-Organising events/projects with your groups?
-Working on event campaigns?
-Attending regular socials?
- Increasing experience on your CV?
- End of year celebration?
-The opportunity to network with current and future industry professionals.

If yes is your answer for any of the above, join THE Society.

For THE students-
You can prepare your proposal and work with your own team if you prefer that. On the other hand, you also have a opportunity to work of events the society is planning.

For other students-
You could join a particular department that interests you. Getting involved in something a bit different from your course is always fun. You could also use this opportunity to increase the experience on your CV.
